HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.40334 of 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not providing due protection to the petitioner's land admeasuring 2075 square yards and 905 square yards in Sy.No.51, Ward No.5, Block No.5, situated at Sahebnagarkurd Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner's property.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The case of the petitioner is that he filed representation, dated 28.08.2016, before the Station House Officer, Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Ranga Reddy District - 5th respondent to provide protection to the his above mentioned property, but the 5th respondent is not passing any orders on the representation made by him. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the grievance of the petitioner, the 5th respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 28.08.2016, made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
