THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.13379 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring action of respondents in not renewing the license of the petitioners bearing No.GNT/RL-120/05, GNT/RL-71/97 of the first and second petitioner respectively as unjust, arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to renew the licenses 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of grievance of the petitioners, the petitioners herein submitted a representation on 04.02.2017, but no action has been taken by the respondent authorities. A request is made by the petitioners to direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the said representation. 4.

On the other hand, it is submitted by learned Government Pleader that appropriate action would be taken on the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law. 5.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 04.02.2017, said to have been submitted by

the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
