HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33889 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 - Municipality, that, now, as per the procedure, building application has to be submitted online. On hearing the same, a request is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner to submit building application for consideration by the respondents as per the procedure now being in vogue.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner herein to submit an application afresh, if he is advised to do so, for consideration of the respondents.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
