W.P.No.9947/2018 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE V. RAMASUBRAMANI AN THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTI CE J. UMA DEVI WRI T PETI TI ON No.9947 of 2018 ORDER: (Per VRS,J.) The only request, with which the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition, is to enlarge the time granted by the Tribunal for payment of the entire dues to the Bank, by a further period of six weeks from 23.03.2018.

2. Heard Mr. Ravi Cheemalapati, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ambatipudi Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the respondent-Bank.

3. Considering the limited nature of the prayer made and the circumstances explained, the writ petition is disposed of granting time to the petitioner up to 30th April 2018 for payment of 50% of the dues and up to 14th May 2018 for payment of the balance 50%. If the petitioner fails to avail this opportunity, the benefit granted will stand forfeited. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
