THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2433 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in not conducting investigation and filing charge sheet in crime No.366 of 2014.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that a detailed investigation was conducted and a final report was also filed before the Court concerned, and the final report is pending consideration.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
