Sri A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to file appropriate petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file appropriate petition. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
