ORDER:
This Writ Petition was filed questioning the order of the third respondent, in Appeal case No.CS6/121/2011 dated 12.05.2015, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies produced a copy of the order dated 12.08.2015 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mancherial (fourth respondent) and subsequently the learned Counsel for the petitioner also admits receipt of the same.
In view of the said order, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition. It is left open to the petitioner to pursue the remedies available to her under law.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
