HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13398 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in refusing to receive and process the application of the petitioners for building permission as it is not accompanied with Town Survey Land Record Certificate (TSLR) and No Objection Certificate, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to receive and process the applications of the petitioners for building permission without insisting for TSLR certificate and No Objection Certificate from the Revenue Authorities. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.766 of 2015 on 22.01.

2015 and the subject matter of the present writ petition is similar and identical to that of the above said writ petition, which is not disputed or denied by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation. Recording the above said submission, following the ratio laid down in the Judgment dated 22.01.2015 passed by this Court in WP.No.766 of 2015, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
