This contempt case was instituted alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 14.02.2018 in W.P.No.4481 of 2018.

Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to the order of this Court, the Authorities could not visit the subject property within time and now the same is complied with and notice already issued for the deviations and after receiving reply, they will proceed and take appropriate action against the said deviations and intimate the result to the petitioner soon. 4.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Case is closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
