THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3622 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 29.04.2016 in I.A.No.16 of 2015 in O.S.No.44 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the I-Additional Senior Civil Judge at Mahabubnagar. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file a fresh application before the trial Court.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
