ORDER

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed for the following relief:

"declaring the action of the respondents 3 to 5 in causing their interference in the civil matters pending between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.6 and 7 in O.S.No.103 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Allagadda, Kurnool District without therebeing any jurisdiction and cognizable offences being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 5 herein not to interfere in the civil disputes including the personal life and liberty of the petitioner," Heard Sri J. Janaki Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home.

When the matter is called, the learned Government Pleader for Home submitted the written instructions dated 28.07.2015 furnished by the Inspector of Police, Kurnool District. The said instructions reads as under:

"It is respectfully submitted that as of now no complaint was registered against the petitioner as well as respondent. Hence, the question of interference of the respondent police does not arise hence denied."

On noticing the above instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested to dispose the writ petition with a direction to the police not to interfere with the civil disputes.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of recording the above instructions and the respondent/police authorities shall not interfere with the civil disputes except in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
