THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.9820 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has submitted a representation on 09.05.2017 to the first respondent. It is further submitted that in the said representation the petitioner herein sought exemption from the provisions of Rule 23 of the Telangana Cooperative Societies Rules, 1964. It is further submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that no action has been taken on the said representation till date.

This Court, in the facts and circumstances of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the first respondent to verify the representation said to have been given by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
