I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed under Sections 482(2)(i) of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.5211 of 2025 on 23.04.2025.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Heard Mr. Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/State.

According to the averments of the petition, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.P.No.5211 of 2025 for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.155 of 2024 on the file of Pochampally Police Station, Yadadri-Bhongir District registered for the offences punishable under Section 20 (b) (ii) (B), read with Section 8 (C) of NDPS Act, 1985 and this Court allowed the above said

petition on 23.04.2025 directing the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Station House Officer on or before 30.04.2025 and on such surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.50,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Station House Officer. He further submits that, due to the poor financial condition, the petitioner is unable to execute the personal bond for the said amount and if the said amount is not reduced, the petitioner will be put to great hardship and requested to reduce the personal bond amount.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed the same.

In view of the above and having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer Pochampally Police Station, Yadadri-Bhongir District on or before 17.06.2025 and on such surrender the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five

Thousand only) in place of Rs.50,000/-, with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Station House Officer and the other conditions imposed in the above said order remains unaltered.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is disposed of.
