It is stated that in pursuance of the interim direction passed by this Court on 03-07-2017, the 1st respondent has considered the case of the petitioner for reinstatement into service as Data Entry Operator and rejected, and the rejection order is challenged in a separate writ petition by the writ petitioner. 2.

In this view of the matter nothing survives in this writ petition and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the case shall also stand dismissed. There shall no order as to costs.
