O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A2 under 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner/A2 vide orders dated 19/04/2016 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No. 5050 of 2016.

2. Sri Mangena Sree Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner/A-2 submits that entire investigation was completed, police also filed charge sheet before the VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajahmundry and the same has been numbered as CC.No. 692 of 2016, which is posted to 06/02/2017 for examination of the petitioner/A-2. Hence, he prayed to relax the conditions imposed in Criminal Petition No. 5050 of 2016, vide orders dated 19/4/2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A-2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. This Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A-2, Vide orders dated 19/04/2016 in Criminal Petition No. 5050 of 2016, the petitioner/A-2 was directed to report before the Station House Officer, II-Town Police Station Rajahmundry, East Godavari district, thrice in a week i.e., on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m. until further orders.

4. Keeping in view the averments made in the said petition and submission of the counsel for the petitioner/A-2, the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Petition No. 5050 of 2016, vide orders dated 19/4/2016 are relaxed.

5. The Criminal Petition is accordingly allowed.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
