The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as fair price shop dealer of shop No.39, Paipedu Village, Mudigubba Mandal, Anantapuram District vide proceedings in D.Dis.5445/83(H), dated 06-06-1985. From the date of appointment, the petitioner is distributing the essential commodities and satisfying the cardholders. The petitioner made representation to the 4th respondent in the month of March, 2016 stating that as he is not keeping good health, it is difficult to run fair price shop and requested for grant of leave for seven months. On receipt of his request, the 4th respondent called for report from then Mandal Revenue Inspector and basing on the report from the Mandal Revenue Inspector, Durga Mahila Sangam was given temporary in-charge fair price shop dealer for a period of seven months for distributing the essential commodities. After expiry of leave period, the petitioner obtained demand draft for supply of essential commodities and submitted the same to the 4th respondent for supply of stocks in the month of October, 2016. But the stocks are not being

supplied. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. In view of above facts and circumstances of the case, it is open for the petitioner to make application to the 4th respondent and the 4th respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders and take action accordingly within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
