WRIT PETITION No.9857 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed praying to grant the following relief: "to issue a writ or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the possession of the petitioner of the small house in an extent of 420 square yards in R.S.No.287/1 of Ramanaidupeta Machilipatnam, bearing Door No.23/49-1 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.388 Revenue (Assgn.I) Department dated 24.08.2017." 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced copy of proceedings of Revenue Divisional Officer, Bandar, dated 09.03.2018 rejecting the request for regularization of encroachments. In view of the same, cause in the writ petition does not survive. Leaving it open to petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law, Writ Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed. No costs.
