THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11909 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"....to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of 2nd respondent in considering the representation dated 29.04.2019 submitted by the petitioner to re-open the case and reinvestigate the case as illegal arbitrary contrary to law and violation of Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation and take action in accordance with law and pass such other order or orders as are deemed fit and proper."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that the police filed final report referring the case as 'action dropped' and the petitioner was also issued notice regarding the same. As such, she can approach the concerned Court and avail the remedy. 4.

The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court for redressal of her grievance against the final report filed. No order as to costs.
