ORDER

I .

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings pending against the petitioners/Al and A2 in FIR No.286 of 2023 on the hle of police Station Raidurgam, Cyberabad registered for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of lndian Penal Code.

Heard Sri B.Chinnappa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri S.Ganesh, learned Assistant public prosecutor for respondent No. l-State and Sri V.Venkata Mavur for respondent No.2. Perused the record.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submi[s that the investigation in Cr.No.286 of 2023 of Raidurgam police station is completed and charge sheet is filed and a case is registered vide C.C.No. 1228 of 2023 and hence, the cause does not survive and therefore, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. 4.

In the light of the said submission, the Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move a fresh petition in case the cause survives.

5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
