O R D E R

Challenge in this writ petition filed by the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation is to the award dated 21.10.2003 passed by the Labour Court, Guntur, in I.D.No.68 of 2003. The said ID was instituted by the 1st respondent herein who was a Conductor in the service of the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation. The writ petition was dismissed for default as against the 1st respondent-Conductor pursuant to the order dated 30.12.2010 passed by this Court. The validity of the award under challenge cannot be examined in the absence of the 1st respondentConductor at whose behest it was passed. The writ petition is therefore dismissed on this short ground. Interim order dated 01.04.2005 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
