Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dt.12.10.2015 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that that his client intends to withdraw this Revision to pursue the main suit pending before the trial Court. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
