Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3. 2.
Petitioner's grievance is that his representation dt.22-10-2017 for mutation of his name in the records of 2nd respondent, Madhira Nagar Panchayat, in the place of his deceased father in respect of the subject property is pending and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.
Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent, states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the said application within six weeks and communicate the said order to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to dispose of the said application within six weeks and communicate the said order to the petitioner. No costs. 5.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
