THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.19537 OF 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents instead of regularizing the services of the petitioner as Regular Conductor, the 2nd respondent has re-engaging the petitioner only up to 25-10-2004 is wholly illegal, arbitrary, unjust and discrimination and contrary to law and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as Conductor and to regularize her services with full back-wages and with all other attendant benefits.

2. On 26-04-2016 as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court directed to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' today. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the case.

3. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
