HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5926 of 2012 ORDER:

In spite of posting the matter under the caption 'for Dismissal', none appeared and represented the petitioners. The docket orders dated 24.10.2017, 12.11.2018 and 27.11.2018 show that the Civil Revision Petition was posted under the caption 'for Dismissal'. It clearly shows that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter with due diligence despite posting the matter several times under the caption 'for Dismissal'.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
