HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21127 OF 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. The petitioners complain against the inaction of the respondents in disposing of representation dated 16.06.2014, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that no representation was made to the Fisheries Department and if any representation is made, the Department is prepared to undertake enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. I am satisfied that without getting into the reasons for inaction, if any, the writ petition can be disposed of by this order. The petitioners are given liberty to make representation within four weeks from today to the Deputy Director of Fisheries, Kakinada/3rd respondent along with a copy of this order against the grievance set out in this writ petition and the 3rd respondent on receipt of such representation conducts enquiry and passes orders in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
