THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO TRANSFER C.M.P No.117 of 2019 ORDER:

This transfer CMP is filed seeking transfer of O.P.No.110 of 2018 from the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Miryalguda to the Family Court at Hyderabad.

Notice sent to the respondent has been refused by the respondent. 3.

The petitioner has sought for such transfer on the ground that she has an 11 year old daughter at Hyderabad and it would be difficult for her to attend the Court at Miryalguda and that the respondent is also threatening her.

In view of the said submission, this transfer CMP is allowed and O.P.No.110 of 2018, on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Miryalguda, is transferred to the Family Court at Hyderabad. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending shall stand closed.
