This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 13.03.2013 in WA.No.311 of 2013.
2. The aforesaid writ appeal was disposed of with the following direction: "7. In these circumstances, we dispose of the writ appeal with the direction to the 4th respondent - Tahsildar to issue notice to the appellant herein with regard to the representation made by the writ petitioner dated 22.11.2010 to the District Collector, Kadapa and after hearing both the parties pass appropriate orders and take necessary action in the matter."
3. Learned Government Pleader has placed before this Court today the proceedings of Tahsildar, Railway Kodur Mandal bearing No.B/419/2011 dated 12.11.2014 wherein it is recorded that the Tahsildar issued notices to both parties and inspected the land and provided rastha, which is accepted by both parties and both parties are stated to have given consent statements. Copies of the consent statements are also produced.
4. Though nobody appears for the petitioner, in view of the compliance reported, as above, nothing further survives for consideration in the contempt case. The contempt case is accordingly dismissed.
