ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WP No.15199 of 2016, dated 30.06.2016. None appears for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that in view of the orders passed by the 1st respondent on 26.01.2017, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt case.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed.
