HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.11941 of 2019 ORDER:
With the consent of all the counsel, this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.15741 of 2018 and batch dated 24.04.2019 and contends that similar order be passed in the present Writ Petition also by directing the petitioners to make individual representations to the Committee constituted for implementation of the scheme for absorption/regularization in terms of the guidelines issued by the Telangana State Power Generation Corporation, represented by its Chairman and Managing Director vide T.G.O.O.No.98/CHM(HR)/2017 dated 01.06.2017, staking their claim along with necessary documents to demonstrate that they are working as on the cut-off date i.e., 04.12.2016 and fulfil the eligibility criteria, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; and upon receipt of such representations, the Committee may look into the same and take a decision within a period of twelve weeks thereafter, as per the directions
of the Division Bench in the common order dated 03.10.2018 in W.P.No.20804 of 2018 and batch.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not disputed and contends that this Writ Petition can also be disposed of in terms of the common order in W.P.No.15741 of 2018 and batch dated 24.04.2019.

This Court, having considered the submissions made by both the parties, is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can also be disposed of in terms of the common order in W.P.No.15741 of 2018 and batch dated 24.04.2019.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 6.
There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
