HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 5236 of 2009 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in erecting a Mobile Signal Tower at Gollapudi Village, Vijayawada Rural Mandal, Krishna District, as illegal and arbitrary. By an order dated 17.03.2009, this Court, while issuing rule nisi, granted interim stay of erecting a Mobile Signal Towel by the 3rd respondent at Gollapudi Village, Vijayawada Rural Mandal, Krishna District.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 17.03.2009, the 3rd respondent removed the Mobile Signal Tower which was erected in Gollapudi Village, Vijayawada Rural Mandal, Krishna District.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders need be passed in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
