HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.C.C.A.No.93 of 2000 JUDGMENT :

This appeal is preferred against the judgment and decree dated 03.07.1990, passed in O.S.No.320 of 1983 by the I Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, dismissing the suit filed by the Bank of Baroda, Abids B r a n c h , Hyderabad, against the respondents/defendants for recovery of Rs.18,263-94 ps. with future interest @ 15% per annum.

2. As there was no representation for the appellant on 08.08.2016, the matter was directed to be listed on 09.08.2016, under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL". On 09.08.2016, at request of the learned counsel for the appellant, it was directed to be listed today under the same caption.

3. Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL", there is no representation for the appellant. It appears that the appellant - Bank is not interested in pursuing the matter.
