THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6474 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.1 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in crime No.277 of 2015 on the file of the Mailardevpalli Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences under Sections 353 and 201 IPC.

Heard and perused the records.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student and he has not committed any offence alleged against him. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the investigating agency and is ready to abide by the conditions that may be imposed while granting anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein. The petitioner/A.1 is directed to surrender before the Magistrate concerned within a period of fifteen days from today and on such surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on the same day on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned. Further, the petitioner is directed to report before the Station House Officer concerned, daily between 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.
