THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No. 228 OF 2018 IN COMPANY PETITION No. 56 OF 2012 O R D E R :

This Application is filed to condone the delay of 171 days in filing claim in Form No. 66 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 by the Applicant with the Official Liquidator and extend the time to file its claim till 12.02.2018 i.e. the day on which the Applicant actually filed its claim and to direct the Official Liquidator to adjudicate the claim.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

Since the learned counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator has no objection, the Application is ordered and the delay in filing the claim in Form No. 66 of the 1959 Rules is condoned.
