The grievance of the petitioner is that no steps have been taken upon his application filed online as long back as in the year 2016 to effect mutation in his favour in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.3.34 guntas in Survey No.170 of Ibrahimpuram Village, Turkapally Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District.

Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner submitted an online application in Form VI(A) as required by Section 4 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 read with Rule 18 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989, and in evidence thereof, the mee seva issued mutation effected pattadar pass book receipt dated 16.12.2016.

Having received such an application, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Turkapally, Yadadri Bhongir District, to remain somnolent. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Turkapally, Yadadri Bhongir District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's online application dated 16.12.2016 in accordance with the due procedure expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
