SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1286 of 2014 ORDER : This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.224 of 2013 of Narayankhed Police Station, Medak District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 307, 323, 504, 506, 511 read with 34 I.P.C.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, the police concerned filed a referred report after completion of the investigation and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous. 3) Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is disposed of without prejudice the rights of the petitioner to move if at all any cognizance under Section 190 Cr.P.C taken thereon or from any protest petition under Section 190 read with 200 Cr.P.C.
