On 02.01.2020, this matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Orders". Today, despite listing this matter under the caption "For Orders", there is no representation for the revision petitioners/ judgment debtors. The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4/ decree holders is present. It appears that the revision petitioners/ judgment debtors have no interest to pursue this Civil Revision Petition.

The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4/ decree holders would submit that pursuant to the order, dated 18.08.2017, passed by this Court in CRPMP No.5450 of 2017 in this Civil Revision Petition, the revision petitioners have deposited 50% of the entire decreetal amount including interest and costs to the credit of E.P.No.174 of 2015 in the subject suit in O.S.No.92 of 1999 before the Court below.

Under these circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
