HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.11919 of 2019 ORDER:

With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.7249 of 2019 dated 04-04-2019. Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to submit the representations afresh within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representations, the respondents shall consider the same in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court in State of Karnataka and ors vs.Umadevi1 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. No costs.
