CRLP.No.3695 of 202O Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.
215 of 2020 on the file of Adilabad I town Police Station, Adilabad District, The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 03.09,2020, 11.09.2020 made in Crl.P.
ORDER
This petition is filed under Section a39( 1)(b) Cr.P,C., seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed in the order dated 11.O9.2020 passed in Crl.P.No,3695 of 2O2O, wherein this Court while releasing the petitioner on anticipatory bail imposed a condition that he should report before the investigating officer on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and O5.OO p,m. till filing of the charge sheet.
The counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition from the date of his release, which fact is not disputed by the learned Public Prosecutor.
2Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on petitioner to report before the Station House Officer, Adilabad I-Town Police Station, Adilabad District on ever"y Sunday between 1O,OO a,m. and 05.00 p.m. is hereby relaxed, However, petitioner shall report before the aforesaid Station House Officer, on the Third Sunday of every month between IO.OO a.m. and 05,OO p.m. till the completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet.
Accordingly, the I.A. is ordered.
