The case of the petitioner is that he is a permanent resident of Chimakurthy Village and Mandal, Prakasam District. There exists a 'Donka Poramboke' land admeasuring Ac.0-31 guntas in Sy.No.145/1 situated in the aforesaid village. The petitioner and others were residing in Patha Chakalipalem. There exists a road margin in the aforesaid survey number within the limits of Chimakurthy Nagara Panchayat and the said road margin is being encroached by the respondents 5 and 6. On that the petitioner and other residents of Patha Chakalipalem made a representation dated 07-01-2017 to the 2nd respondent regarding encroachments and for survey by fixing boundaries on road and its margin encroachments and made online application on 01-02-2017 through Mee-seva by paying requisite fee for conducting survey. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent-authorities to dispose of the representations filed by the petitioner dated 07-01-2017 and 01-02-2017 in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
