When these matters are taken up for hearing, Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had informed the Court that the grievance of the petitioners has been resolved with the issuance of G.O.Ms.No.56 dated 22.10.2019 during pendency of the writ petition and the case of the petitioners will be considered in terms of the said G.O.

Counsel for the petitioners also not disputed about the aforesaid submissions of the Government Pleader.

In view of the above submissions, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners strictly in terms of G.O.Ms.No.56 dated 22.10.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
