THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 3082 of 2022 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to enlarge the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.6, on bail in connection with Crime No.12 of 2022 of CCS Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Section 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w.34 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The case of the prosecution is that the Police, CCS, Hyderabad registered complaint vide F.I.R.No.12/2022 on 13.1.2022 on the basis of complaint given by Branch Manager of Union Bank alleging forgery of Fixed Deposit Receipts and trying to withdraw the amount on the basis of such forged Fixed Deposit Receipts. The petitioner was arrested in Crime No.15 of 2021 and is in jail since 29.10.2021. The petitioner

was produced before the concerned Court on P.T warrant and given police custody for three days. The police recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner, but no recoveries were effected. Since the petitioner is in jail since 29.10.2021 and no charge sheet is filed in the present case, the petitioner can be released on bail.

In the said circumstances, the petitioner/Accused No.6 is directed to be released on bail on his executing personal bond for Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only), with two sureties each for like sum to the satisfaction of the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
