THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.28893 of 2011 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 12.08.2015, the matter was listed to 13.08.2015 under the caption "for dismissal".

On 13.08.2015 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, but as a final chance the matter was listed to today. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in the afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
