THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.9863 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner so also the learned Government Pleaders for Revenue and Roads & Buildings that the issue involved in the instant Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 07.03.2018, passed in W.P.No.6702 of 2018. A copy of the said order is placed on record. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:

"Considering the submission made by the learned Government Pleader and also considering the fact that the Award inquiry has not yet been conducted, the Land Acquisition Officer is directed to issue notice to the petitioner to participate in the Award enquiry, whereat, he shall be entitled to submit his objections/claim with respect to the compensation amount.

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed".

Following the above said order the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 07.03.2018, passed in W.P.No.6702 of 2018 to this order.
