More over, it is noticed from the record that the writ petition was directed to be listed along with W.P.No.8512 of 2006 and today, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that the said W.P.No.8512 of 2006 was dismissed for nonprosecution vide order dated 23.12.2021. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
