THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 3044 OF 2022 O R D E R:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to enlarge the petitioner/Accused on bail in connection with Crime No.53 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Sangem Police Station, Warangal Rural District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 307, 294-b of Indian Penal Code (I.P.C.) 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

Petitioner is arrayed as sole Accused in the aforementioned Crime.

The allegation against the petitioner/Accused is that on 09.03.2022 when one Rapolu Jagadish and others entered into the land of the de facto complainant, the neighbouring house owner who is the petitioner/Accused entered the land of the de facto
complainant with a crowbar and abused them in filthy language and threatened to kill them. The said persons fled and informed the de facto complainant, on which the present complaint came to be filed.

Admittedly, there are no injuries which are caused to any person, further, there are civil disputes pending vide O.S.No.1048 of 2021 on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judge at Warangal, wherein the de facto complainant purchased the property when a suit for partition was pending for adjudication before the competent civil Court.

In the said circumstances, the petitioner/Accused is a lady who is aged 57 years, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/Accused.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/Accused is granted bail subject to the following conditions: i) The petitioner/Accused shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of III Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Warangal.
ii) The petitioner/Accused shall appear before the investigating authorities as and when required.
iii) The petitioner/Accused shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
