Learned counsel for petitioners filed a memo stating that petitioner No.1 expired during pendency of appeal. He submits that the remaining petitioners entered into compromise with the respondents 2 and 3 before the Lok-Adalath. Hence no further orders are required.

In view of the said representation, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed.
