ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader submits that the police have since completed investigation and filed charge sheet in Cr.No.282 of 2013 of Neredmet Police Station, Cyberabad District.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
