This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.1 in issuing the Notification in Rc.No.B1/1620/2015-3, dated 06-08-2015, inviting applications from the public for being appointed as nonhereditary trustees to respondent No.2- Temple and asking them to submit their applications to respondent No.3, as illegal and arbitrary.

After arguing the case, Mr.M.Vidyasagar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.49935 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
