This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus seeking to declare the action of the respondents more particularly the action of respondents 2 and 3 from acquiring the land to an extent of Ac.8.00 gts., in S.No.210, situated at Ramanchpur village, Shamshabad Mandal, R.R.District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
