The petitioner states that he completed ITI Diploma in Electronics and joined as a Plant Attendant in the second respondentCompany in the year 1994. He was employed through an outsourcing agency called "M/s P.B. Engineering Contractors". It appears that while he was rendering service, an accident took place and he submitted a representation on 20.11.2015 seeking appointment either to him or to one of his family members and when the same was not considered the present Writ Petition was filed.
2. Even though number of adjournments were granted, no instructions were received by the learned counsel for the respondents.
3. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of without deciding the merits of the claim of the petitioner by directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It appears that the representation dated 20.11.2015 was addressed to the first respondent, but the copy of the representation addressed to him and filed along with papers served on the counsel for the respondents shall be taken into consideration for the purpose of disposal of the representation. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
